Job Duties

Main point of contact between customers and Falite Bros., Inc employees. Determine customers needs, and direct to appropriate employee to resolve any/all issues. Ensure customers receive our utmost attention. Create daily schedules for all service technicians, prioritizing emergencies, in an efficient manner. Ensure new jobs are created for follow-up calls whenever necessary, and ensure technician ordered and received any parts necessary to complete job.
