Job Duties

Add the received bid invites to bid list Decide which bids to pursue with management Monitor bid opportunities and circulate with management Complete pre-qualifications and bid questionnaires Attend walkthroughs Review & analyze bid docs Perform design-build if applicable Send RFI’s and analyze when returned Perform quantity takeoffs Send RFP's to vendors and subs. Analyze vendor/sub quotes/proposal. Send lead time info to GC Perform VE if requested Create proposal outlines and send proposals Maintain/update the bid list with sent proposal info Follow up on proposal status (in 14 days from submission) Revise proposal as requested per addendums, bulletins..etc. Negotiate with GC and circulate with management Send buyout if requested by GC
